A friend showed me a picture slideshow she made and it showed the pictures as if you were actually turning the pages of a photo album. What program offers this great feature? I didn't see it on Pictureshow 4.

I have several video editing programs capable of doing this.
You can use VideoStudio. It contains "Album Transitions" but they are very very slow at rendering and it is best to only use a few and to let the program render them overnight.
If you are lucky enough to have Hollywood FX Gold version 4 then those transitions also work with VideoStudio but you need a plug in found here:-

Hollywood FX also contains Album transitions that render a lot quicker than the native transitions that came included with VS.
Alternatively you could use ProShow Gold/Producer - create MPG files and then use the more powerful Menu Authoring abilities of VideoStudio, MovieFactory or DVD Workshop to finish the job off.
