How do I move a clip to a specific time frame?

I have an audio clip that I want to put exactly at 8.10 seconds in the music track, surely there is a way to do this other than draggin and guessing?

I am sure it's in the help file, but since I don't know what that is called, I can't find it. I have tried "move to", "time frame" etc.

Does anyone know?

In 'project playback' set the clock to 8.10

the playback position curser will be placed at this position

Drag your audio file to the curser

Seems acurate to me, best i can do
