I live in British Columbia Canada and havent been able to find video studio 11 plus in stores, not even the big retailers like future shop carry it.
Do I have to buy this online? Because I would rather not. Does anyone know any stores in BC, or close by (like Washington state) that would carry this?
Surely a major product like this is available in stores.
Can you buy video studio 11 plus in stores?

I wouldn't consider this a "major product".
Anyway, why don't you want to purchase it online? You don't have to download it, you can buy a "physical" version.

As far as I know, that's correct. I think Ulead did not market to retail outlets. I can find competitor products, such as Pinnacle, and Vegas, but nothing from Ulead (now Corel). I can also locate some of Corel's products, such as Corel Draw X3.
Maybe Corel will change this, and get Ulead into the retail stores.
I know you stated that you do not have a credit card, however I do not have a credit card. I use a Debit card. It is very similar to a credit card, is backed by for example Visa or Mastercard, however it's primary function is to retrieve cash from my banking account, via ATM machines.
Most places in the USA, will accept and recognize these as credit cards too. I have used this to make numerous purchases online, including from Ulead. The money is guaranteed, because you must have the cash in your account(s) to use them.

I don't know about the USA or Canada - but here in the UK almost everyone who has a chequeing (checking) bank account has a debit card - in fact banks here encourage every one to have and use one - it is used like a credit card for all purposes but as far as your bank account goes it's exactly the same as writing a cheque (check) - but it looks for funds in your account first so all stores know they will get their money.
Hardly anyone in the UK writes cheques now - even for supermarket shopping - and online they are accepted just like credit cards. Not all plastic cards are credit cards.
Rather strange though that neither brian996 or vidoman could find VideoStudio in any stores in the US/Canada - here in the UK it is sold in computer stores - 'PC World' being just one place I have seen it.

Buy Studio 11 in stores in Canada.
MicroBytes stores will order it for you and if you are a University student or teacher, they will give you a special EDU
