PAL TruSpeed: no comment from anyone ?

Hi all,
I've posted here about PAL TruSpeed, which doesn't work for me at all.

There is *nothing* about this feature in either the manuals or the Knowledgebase.

My posts haven't received any responses, even to say "it works for me".

Is there no-one else outside North America on these forums ?
Surely other people use this software on a PAL system ?
Does no-one else have a problem with this feature ?
I have no idea where to look, or what to look at, to try to resolve this problem. And Corel Tech Support has no information on it either.
Doesn't anyone have any suggestion at all what might be causing the problem with this feature ? Where to start, to find a resolution ?
