Audio to Video sync problem

I have an m2p file which I have inserted into VideoStudio 9. I have not bothered to edit this or create a menu so just went directly to share.

After burning the DVD I have noticed that the video and audio is out of sync by a fair way. I decided to then write the DVD files on disk rather than burn directly to DVD and again the video and audio is out.

Does anyone know why this might be happening.
