download buttons are broken links?

Hi, I'm a member of the ulead site, I just registered my product earlier today and I was browsing around and found something that I was wanting to download.. the link is here its for the free animated pictures.. and I go to download it and nothing happens. so I was wondering what happened? if they got disabled for a reason? any help would be greatly apriciated thanks
