How to delete a certain scene

Hi there. I have a Canon HV10 and I'm trying to do some editing using VideoStudio 11. I have my footage on my hard drive, but am having problems deleting the scene. I have no user guide so I'm getting a little bit frustrated. Please help if you can. Thank you.
