DVD MOVIEFACTORY 2 NO SOUND ON DVD?
DOWN LOADING VCR TAPES AFTER BURN NO SOUND? I ALREADY LOADED PATCH IM VERY NEW TO THIS SO HOPE ITS SOMETHING DUMB.

In my application, convertting/burning mpeg2 into VIDEO_TS format, it is necessary to click on options (gear icon @ bottom left) and select "... mpeg audio as non compliant" (or something like that).
FYI, my mpeg2 files come from downloading to my PC anything like TV movies, DVDs or VHS from my www.ReplayTV.com unit (similar to www.TiVo.com). For downloading I use www.DVArchive.com and for weeding out commercials (and converting to "standard" mpeg2) I use www.reVue.com (Note - These website references are from memory, I hope they are ok.)
