Welcome to the forums,
First when you post, please give a descriptive subject. This will help all of us, by letting us know what you are needing help with.
For example the subject for your post should read How do I create a Video File, instead of Help PLZ..
Now to create a video file, go to the File Menu, select Create-->Video File. Now in the Save As dialog, choose a name, then in the drop-down Save as type choose either Real Media, or WMV (Windows Media Video).
Your project will now be rendered to a video file. Don't forget to Save your Project also.

Please read what Vidoman said above:
I have changed the emphasis.
dvp is the project file extension.
It is all explained on p. 159 of the User Manual. Now to create a video file, go to the File Menu, select Create-->Video File. Now in the Save As dialog, choose a name, then in the drop-down Save as type choose either Real Media, or WMV (Windows Media Video).
