Convert interlace DV to deinterlaced PC movie

My video source is interlace PAL DV 25 frame/sec. Try to convert it into deinterlaced PC movie (mpeg2, wmv or mp4 ..).
Only find the deinterlace in video capture option, but cannot find in any encoder option during video creation.

Try a lot of default template, HD 720p work fine. But other settings do not render a desirable deinterlaced vlideo.

Need help to locate deinterlace setting in encoder custom option.
Or guideline to create an proper PAL deinterlaced movie.

Currently using VideoStudio 11 plus with WMV 9 encoder installed.

Hi

One option:-

You could use Tools-Make Movie Manager to create your own templates.
Assuming VS 11 still supports this option.

Frame Based can be selected from there.
