Can VS11 capture audio from websites or sound card?

I have looked at the user manual and can not determine if VS11 can record/capture audio from websites ( e.g. internet radio or youtube)?

I am looking to replace the software that came with my SONY Vaio ( DVGate Plus and Click to DVD).

Audio Capture is a nice feature that Easy Media Creator has and would like to know if VS11 does also.
