Photo Explosion Deluxe 3.0

Hello all,

I have correctly installed the above program, Photo Explosion Deluxe 3.0. Every time I open the program I receive a Windows Error Message that reads: "Ulead Photo Express has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are Sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something The information you were working on might be lost. PLEASE TELL MICROSOFT ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. We have created an error report...

In the error report the following message is contained:

Can any one out there help me troubleshoot this?
