Is there a way to permanently disable the WinDVD 8 toolbar?

On my machine, if the toolbar is enabled upon startup, my aspect-ratio gets thrown all out of whack, becoming fullscreen. But if I disable it, the aspect-ratio is preserved. The only thing is even if I disable the toolbar and exit WinDVD 8, sometimes the toolbar is re-enabled upon starting the program. Sometimes it isn't enabled, it's completely unpredictable.

But is there a sure way to disable the toolbar permanently, whether the program is in Window mode or Full Screen mode?
