Is GIF Animator Included with PhotoImpact?

I wanted to make and animated gif with PhotoImpact and started reading the help file...it leads me to believe that I should have got it with PhotoImpact 12 when I bought that product. Do I need to download the GA program and install it separately? Do I need to purchase it also? Help! Thx.

The download page has it available as extra content. It will not install unless you have PI installed. Look here http://www.ulead.com/pi/esd.htm
