Apologies for sounding like a novice !
I have just purchased Video Studio 6 & a Belkin Hi-Speed USB 2.0 DVD Creator USB device.
I have the red, white & yellow leads plugged into a scart lead in the back of my VCR. When I try to capture video, the screen is just blank.
Any idea's ?
Thanks in advance !

To save everyone looking here is what the poster is talking about:

Did you install the drivers that were shipped with the device.
Check your windows device manager to make sure there are no errors - indicated by a yellow exclamation mark :
Here is one of several ways to access the Device Manager in Windows XP. The quickest method is to enter devmgmt.msc in the Start => Run box. Alternatively, right-click My Computer => Properties to bring up the System Properties applet, and then click the Hardware tab followed by the Device Manager button.

The screen is blank but do you get sound? - just to make sure you have the leads connected correctly - be surprised how often someone gets them wrong despite the colour coding.Manufacturer's product description
