I am building a new editing only computer & want to move my(upgrade Boxed version) MSP8 to it. I have VS 10 on the old one for quickie projects.
I have an old licensed copy of VS8 to upgrade from for my new machine. What are the licensing requirements for this? Is it just as simple as deleting on one and installing on the other? I want to be sure I am legal on this. Will activation be a problem? I have all serial numbers.

You are perfectly entitled to put it on a new computer and you will have no problems. You should remove it from the old one, though.
