I just bought the new "ULEAD DVD MOVIEFACTORY 3" program because my siblings & i have made my mom a movie for christmas. We made it on Windows Movie Maker. So we tried burning it to a DVD, we tried played it on a DVD player, but it wasn't able to read it.
Then last night we went to friends wedding, where she had a DVD playing on a DVD player of her & her husband on it.
We asked the guy who made it where/how he got the video on a DVD to play on a DVD player. & he said that he got it off of "ULEAD". & that all he had to do was drag pics from Windows Movie Maker to Movie Factory. I just tried figuring how to do that...but i don't know...so that's how i'm here. i'm pretty sure you guys can help me!...PLEASE?!
Sorry for babbling on, but my question is:
We have a video on Windows Movie Maker & were wondering how we capture it & put it on the Movie factory program. Is there a way that we can do that?! or do we have to do it all over again?!

Is the video in MoveMaker an actual finished video on your hard drive? If so, just start up DVD MovieFactory, create a new DVD Project, and add the video to the project. You can add chapter points, then step through the process to add menus, and finally burn the project to Hard Drive or DVD (I recommend burning it to your hard drive first, then burning the info to disc in a sparate step).
