Dowload Link Delay?

I bought Pictureshow 4.0 in May and love it. I opted to not get the disc and ended up burning a backup onto a CD. I was out of the office today and my hard drive was replaced. When I went to run the program from my CD, something was amiss.

Rather than buy the software again, I paid 7.99 to extend my download link for a 12 month period. I presume that means until May of 2008. When I clicked on the download link in the e-mail I recieved after my purchase, I was told the link had expired.

Does it just take a while for the link to work? Just curious. I should have purchased the backup CD when I bought the software just to make sure I didn't mess anything up but now that a few months have passed, I thought extending the download was the answer....

Any ideas?
