16:9 for the internet

MSP7 seems to like 320x240 for 4:3 displays
what's it going to like for 16:9?
it's been choking with my custom settings of 362x204
using wmv's

Looks like WMM uses 428x240 then drops way down to 216x120 for reason or reasons unknown.
Seems like there should be an inbetween size for the net...
