I have bought a Vaio AR31S with a WinDBD BD (for Blu Ray disk) as bundle (version 8 dedicated for Sony Vaio) and after a few days, the software doesn't work anymore : when I enter a Blu Ray disk, the software starts but nothing happens, as if no disk was detected.
I had the problem already 2 times :
- at the first launch of the product : it was already outdated, and it began to work when I downloaded an upgrade from the Sony Vaio site,
- recently it blocked again, and worked again when I reentered the area of the disks (B for Europe) and the country (France).
But now nothing happens, and I fell alone :
- I posted an issue on the Vaio tech support and I have no answer,
- I tried to call the WinDBD (corel - ulead) technical support and I was told that they don't provided support for bundles, because they sell them at a very cheap price to the PC manufacturers (Sony in my case), I can get support from their side only if I buy the complte softwre (at 100 Euros) : I think this attitude is a real shame ! and I have noi intention to buiy the complte version of a software which is not reliable !
So if somebody encountered the same problem, and solved it, I would really appreciate some support !
