Error 00000000

I am new to Ulead and can't copy a disk. As soon as I hit the copy button I get an error 00000000 message. Also got a message unspecified error.

We don't know what those "secret codes" mean. (This is a user-to-user forum).

I assume you are NOT trying to copy a commercial (copy protected) DVD?

What kind of disc are you copying? Where did it come from? ...A stand alone DVD recorder? a DVD camera? Another burning program?

Copying from a Memorex DVD-R of a video I loaded from an old VCR tape. I want to make multiple copies of an old family party.Thanks.

Used CapWiz to upload VHS tape to hard drive

Try copying the entire content of the DVD to a hard drive folder.
If there are problems with your disc you will find you will not be able to complete the process.
If you do manage to copy it over then use your burning software to create a DVD Video Disc of the folders contents.
