VS Video/audio out of sync

Hi everyone.....Along with many others using mpeg2 files from DVD cameras there is obviously a BIG problem with this out of sync thing.
Thanks to help from people on this forum I seem to have found a fix for this problem........I will know for sure with my next project!!!.....HOWEVER, the fix is a long winded process that should not be necessary with a program of this quality from a quality manufacturer.
I note from some other posts that Ulead/Corel rarely if ever visit this site to be aware of some of the problems -- particularly this one.........is there a contact at Ulead/Corel that all of us who are having this problem can contact EN MASSE to maybe get our message across in order that something may be done....or at least be advised that a fix (read free update) is forthcoming.
