That's a DVD camcorder, right? In that case, you don't get the video "off the camera", you get it from the DVD itself.
First, make sure you've "finalized" or "closed" your DVD.
Then pop DVD into your computer and Import the DVD into Video Studio.
If you used any non-DVD modes (MPEG-4 or still images) you may need to connect the camera to the computer via USB and use whatever Samsung software that came with the camera.
Also, most SE versions of Video Studio don't have Dolby AC3, so if your DVD has AC3 audio, you may not get any audio.
