help when inserting video into timeline with overlays

Post by videoblades »

Hello,

Overlays are really great. Except when you have to go back and insert footage into the timeline. I can't seem to get my overlays to shift with my footage. Is there any way to accomplish this when inserting a new video into the main track? This is non-linear, right? I've got to just be missing something?

Ulead Video Studio 11+

You have to have Ripple Editing enabled.

Thanks! Seems pretty obvious but that's how it can be when it's right in front of you.
