Newbie with problems rendering!!

Post by jcerunner »

Hi, I have just bought the Ulead VideoStudio 11Plus and I have tried several times to "make my first family movie" :) . But I have always the same problem:

I am able to start rendering and in some point of the process the hard disk makes noise (working) and some seconds later I obtain a message saying "unable to load library [19151:3:3]"

I would appreciate any help.

Thanks

I have read all the information and I will try to explain in a better way the situation. First of all, in "my system" I have already indicated all the information about my computer, only there is missing the motherboard. I am not sure how to get this info.

Following the instructions of the other post I will try to give more info:

Nature of the problem: error trying to obtain a mpeg or any other format for the video, in the "share" menu.

Properties of your source files (format: NTSC DVD it is what says the "properties->file format". The video format says "MPEG-2 Video, Upper Field First", file size there are several between 20MB to 40 MB, where did you get it? From a new camera SONY HANDICAMDCR-SR42)

What devices are involved and their mode of connection? None, after transfering the files from the camera, none.

Project Settings
NTSC drop frame (29.97 fps)
MPEG files
24 bits, 720 x 480, 29.97 fps
Upper Field First
(DVD-NTSC), 16:9
Video data rate: Variable (Max. 9100 kbps)
Audio data rate: 256 kbps
Dolby Digital Audio, 48 KHz, 2/0(L,R)

Output format (file, DVD, VCD, SVCD) I have tried all of them

PAL or NTSC NTSC

Error Codes (if any) "unable to load library [19151:3:3]"

I hope with this extra information you could give me some advice.

Thanks in any case

Sony DCR-SR42 Handycam camcorder
Image
Pc Review Magazine wrote:Sony DCR-SR42 Handycam camcorder, which reduces arcane recording features to a minimum and saves files to a hard drive so there's no need to buy Mini DVD discs or MiniDV tapes. At its highest quality setting, the Sony DCR-SR42 Handycam camcorder's 30GB hard drive can record up to seven hours of video......
Sony ships a small docking station with the Sony DCR-SR42 that has connections for transferring movies to a PC. You'll need to use the dock to move files to a PC. That brings up one drawback of a hard drive-based camcorder: If you plan to take more than 7 hours of video (or 21 hours at the camera's lowest quality setting) while traveling, you'll need to take a notebook PC or an external DVD burner with you.

The problem was traced down to the use of "Flying" transition effects.
Have you used any in your project?
