Wonder what is going on with corel/ulead.
Seems corel is selling ulead products on there
site for less than on the ulead site?
Just a curiousity I guess.
Ulead & Corel, competing against one another?

No this is normal, even before the merger.
Different Regions of the world have different Program Marketing Managers who offer different deals and packages.
I remember sometime last year noticing that the same product on the USA site had different pricing than the UK site - specifically a certain item was offered
a. For Download
b. Boxed (In other words sent to you on a CD by post in a box)
The U.K. site had the item offered at a cheaper price for the download version compared to the boxed version (not surprising)
I noticed the U.S.A. site had them priced the same. I sent an email to Ulead thinking they had made a mistake on their web site but was informed that they have different marketing managers for different regions who can all create their own 'special offers.'
