serial number

We recently had to upgrade our computer and lost DVDWS2. We do not have the CD installer, but do have our serial number. If I download the trial it does not give me the opportunity to re-enter the Serial number. The trial has expired and I cannot enter the # anywhere. This computer is not hooked up to the web.
I've contacted ULead and I was instructed to download the trial and enter the serial number when it expires. Can't do it.
Any advice?

You could try and enter it directly into the Windows Registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ulead Systems\Ulead DVD Workshop\2.0\installer
The string value is named Serial Number
