Copyrights of auto tracks can I sell my video with it?
If I make my own video using the audio track feature that comes with VS, can I sell my video or is that copyrighted audio? It is a "tool" but not my music so I am not sure. If anyone knows a link on their site that would clear this up, please let me know. Thanks.

From the VS manual:

If you are talking about the SmartSound music, this is from their website:Sample files
Files provided as samples on the program CD can be used for personal demonstrations, productions and
presentations. No rights are granted for commercial reproduction or redistribution of any sample files.
Clear as mud.The music is royalty-free. You will NOT need to pay us any additional fees to use the SmartSound music. The music is copyrighted and the original composer retains his copyright. That just means that you are allowed to use the music, but you do not own it. Under the license agreement, you can use SmartSound music to accompany video, multimedia and web projects. You may sell projects which include SmartSound music. You cannot make and sell a music library using SmartSound music.
