Hi

First check the properties of your pc¡¦s master volume control.
(loud speaker icon lower right of desktop.)
Or (Start-All programs-accessories-entertainment)

Check that ¡¥Wave¡¦ is not muted.

Can I just double check
1. You DO have sound in Windows and other applications such as Windows Media Player.
2. You do NOT have sound when using VideoStudio.

Have you tried Video from a source other than your TV Tuner.
I am trying to narrow down the problem to see if it is VideoStudio as a whole or just something related to the TV card.

If you don't have other video clips you could try downloading something small off the internet.
This link is fairly small: VideoStudio 9 Introduction 1:14 minutes / 7.5MB
If you have sound using a different source file then it seems to be a capture problem.
Did your TV card come with its own capture software?
If so try capturing with that and then import the video into VideoStudio.

Please let me know the results.

when i play this file than you give me
it's work with videostudio with sound clear
also work with other media clear

i thank the problem in the device is the audio device
because the software with the tv tuner used "audio pin source"

in videostudio the device of audio say "Pass through to sound card"

I'd opt for capturing wth the tuner card's app, but....
Can you connect an output from the tv tuner to the line in of the sound card?

Am I right in thinking you have got this:
http://www.arcsoft.com/products/totalmedia/

Image

ArcSoft TotalMedia™ 3 is a media hub that combines TV, video recording, photo editing, and media conversion in one easy-to-use program! You can watch and record TV shows (requires a compatible TV tuner card), edit photos or video, listen to music, rip CDs to MP3 and much more. It¡¦s everything you need packed in one versatile and easy-to-use application!

High-Definition Video

Enjoy the experience of playing high-definition (HD) MPEG-2 and WMV-HD files.

According to the above from their website your Arcsoft Total media should be able to record the TV shows. You can then import the Video File into VideoStudio. Have you tried to do that?
