Video does not play on Web

I'm new at this, and have exported my first video clip to the web. The sound plays, but the video does not move. Suggestions? Thanks.

What does that mean? To You Tube? Another similar site? Did you follow the site's format recommendations? Or did you upload it to your own personal website?

I posted it to our corporate web site - not sure of any site recommendations. Now, about 20 minutes later, it plays. Would it take that long to download? What else would cause this delay?

I guess it depends how big the file is and your connection to the server speed.
