Here is an advice to everyone: if you don't find the answers to your problems, on THIS forum, don't lose time waiting for an appropriate answer from the Corel e-mail support.
The first answer I received from this forum (regarding the missing templates in Movie Factory 6) was the right one: Corel had not given me the link to a full MF6 which I had bought, but a TBYB version which did'nt work.
But the guys, at Corel e-mail Support, kept repeating me to remove, redownload, reinstall the TBYB file, all this at a couple of days intervals, waiting for answers. And I spent at least 6 hours, removing, downloading, reinstalling files...
I decided to spend my unique free phone call to a support technician who immediatly agreed that there was something wrong and allowed me to download the full version, since I had paid for it.
I did that and everything is working fine, now.
So, 10 on 10, for this forum and the phone support, but 0 on 10 for the Corel support by e-mail.
