trying to find pre made video clips?

Hey guys, great board.
I just started using the video editor, i am trying to make a video cd of my travel pics. Now for the transitions between countries, i wanted to add a little video clip. Its hard to describe, but here goes. You know when you watch a reality, or actually any tv show, and the person is going on trip, then you see then get on a plane, then it goes to a cartoonish type clip, shows north america, and destination country, and a plane going between the 2 countries, maybe a line connecting the two? i hope i explained it ok? but where could i find a pre made clip like that? something to use for transition , and show traveling to another country.
