V11+ cannot find help file

I just installed it and it cannot find the help file. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Have you installed the trial version, or did you pay for it? The help file is not included with the trial version. The manual can be found here.

I purchased it. It was a download.

HI JeffFinnan,

I had the same problem. The problem was resolved when I installed the content pack that came with the CD.

Once I installed the content pack, the file was located in

C:\Program File\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio 11\vstudio.pdf

It is 14.2 MB in size.

Okay, I had downloaded to additional files UVS11Plus_ESD_E_Content.exe & UVS11Plus_ESD_E_Bonus.exe but had not run them yet.

Any one know what is on the bonus one?

The BonusCD of VideoStudio 11 includes WinDVD 8 Silver, Ulead Disc Image Recorder, Audio Clips, Image Clips and Video Clips.
