Unspecific Error

everytime when I start to burn a dvd at MovieFactory 6 plus...appears a message with:
UNSPECIFIC ERROR!!!

can somebody help me....?

Is this an upgrade version of DMF or did you made any installation or upgrade with third party softwares before using DMF? This problem might occur due to compatibility issue of other softwares. But first, please check physically the connection of your burner to your PC and the disc you are using. And if the problem is still occurs, try a clean install of DMF6 plus; meaning, you have to delete all traces of the program in your system including the registry. But you have to be careful when editing the registry because this might cause additional problems in your system when not properly done.
