I am using DVD workshop 2
2 questions:
1) How do I get the menu to display a the still image I have selecteted as the chapter image rather than showing the first 10/20/30 secs of the movie.
2) I have 3 separate mpegs on the timeline, how do I set what happens when each mpeg has finished, i.e play the next mpeg or go back to a specified menu?
Stilll bookmark images in menu + follow on action
1) Do you want your menu to have a still background, or do you want an item on the menu to point-to a slide?
You can simply drag-in a menu-background.
If you want to link an image to to a button, set-up the menu & button first, then drag the image to the button. (I think that will work... but, I haven't made any "slide shows".... I've only linked to moving-video.)
Or, do you want to use a still-image as a button?
2) You need to edit the playlist. This computer doesn't have Workshop, so I'm not going to attempt step-by-step instructions. Note that the playlist is linked to a menu button as a starting point. You could have a "play all" button, and another button that plays one program, then returns to the menu.
If you don't want to see a menu before starting the playlist, you can use a menu with a hidden default-button and a one-second time-out.
If you don't have an user's manual, you can download one. I didn't realize that 'till after I bought the program.... It made it kinda' tough to use the trial version!
