MOV in VS10 = oke But VS11 crashes..

Post by Marten »

I now have both VS10+ and VS11+ installed. VS10 works great with mov (and quicktimealt147.exe. It solved all my mov-problem!) but VS11+ crashes as soon as I click on a mov/file.
Does anyone have an idea to solve it? Strange that all works well in VS10..VS11 should be even better or am I wrong?

best regards

From the Vista patch for VS v10:
When you have downloaded and installed this patch, your copy of Ulead® VideoStudio® will be certified as ¡§Works With Vista™¡¨

This patch is 42 MB in size and should take about 15 minutes to download.
The patch will not work on PCs that do not have Windows Vista installed.
You will be required to sign in (register) before downloading the patch.
NOTEs:

This Update Pack is for Ulead® VideoStudio® 10/10 Plus (BOX, ESD, UPG, and activated TBYB) version.

WDM devices are not supported by Vista. Thus, not supported by VideoStudio.
WMV and MPEG 4 format CAPTURE is not supported.
MOV and MPEG 4 formats are not supported in this version.
WinDVD 7, PocketDV show, and Cool3D are not supported.

Try downloading the following file and save/overwrite it to C:\program files\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio 11\vio: ftp://userdl:guest@ftpph.ulead.com/uvqt.vio
Make sure VS is not running before applying the patch.
