How to paste and copy?

I have a few ms word quotes which I wish to copy and paste into the title section. How is it done?

Go to the Title tab, the choose the title format you want from the library. Click on the empty space on the screen, then press Ctrl+V simultaneously.
This will paste the copied text from the clipboard to videostudio.
