No WMV9 on UL10

I can't select WMV9 as a profile within Ulead VideoStudio 10. I'm using Vista 64bit.

I have installed Windows Media Encoder 9. What do I do?

Please help.

How do we know. make sure to install all the patches for VS, reboot the machine..
Are your going to Options, and then advanced to pick a template or manually configure the encoding parameters?
I don't use the templates that VS comes with. I make my own.
Also not using Vista, still XP-SP2
