better support

The first thing would be to have a better support system.
It seems that Corel people are getting the trend of all the governement employees working (or sleeping) in Ottawa. The 9 to 5 business does'nt existe any more, in 2007.
By the way, my last support question was addressed on a week day (Wednesday, Aug 15), with no answer yet. By the time I get it, it will be obsolete, because I bought a newer version, today. Now, I have "new" problems (see my messages).

A very disappointed 5 year U-Lead customer.
