When I open the program....there are menu windows on the right and bottom and I must close them all.
Then it asks me to Save the profile.
I have saved and tried cancel and everything else.
How can I keep all menus boxes closed when I open PI 12?

When you saved the profile did you name the profile?
For example, you need to close all the Panels, then go to Window>Customize. On the first tab, Profiles, press the Save Current As button. In the top pane you will see the Current profiles. In the space beside the Profile Name, type a name for your profile, press OK.
Now try changing profiles. In the top right, you should see Express Fix and whatever profile name, like Full Edit. Click on the arrow to the right of Full Edit, select the Profile name you created. Now you should be looking at the workspace without all the panels.
