I am brand new to this software. I am just trying to familiarize myself. I tried searcing before I created a new thread but didn't find what I was looking for.
I am running through one of the basic tutorials from Ulead's website and I have one problem. Whenever I try to add a video background, they don't show. I can change background color, use still pictures, but no luck with video. What am I doing wrong??

Chris,
You didn't mention which COOL3D product you are using. Only Production Studio has video background support. To add video background in COOL3D PS, go to Project>Background>Video. Click on Video and then Open Video file dialog appears. Browse to your desired video file and select Open or double-click it. The video will now be imported into COOL3D PS.
