Moving the frame of a picture

Hi!
I wonder if a picture can be moved, have motion effect in a slideshow with VS11+ (like the motion option in Proshow gold). What I want is a fade in picture with a light rotation and a scale motion finishing with a fade out. Those pictures (up to 50) are moving in and out on a full scree video.

I read a lot on the board and I did not find the answer.

By the way, I know how to move the picture accross the screen with the Direction/Style option. I also use the Pan and Zoom filter.

What I expect is to make the frame of the picture to move, not just the image.
