my photoimpact have encounter a problem

hi,
my photoimpact have encounter a problem while opening. i've send a report to microsoft. yet the problem persisted. i uninstalled the pi and reinstalled. problem persist.
may someone recommend what to do to solve that problem?

What would you have us base our recommendations on? There is nothing we know about your system except that PI has a problem and MS doesn't solve it by sending a report to them (does that surprise you?). You will need to tell us what hardware/software you are using.
