Will WinDVD 8 Platinum play Blu-Ray DVDs?

I have been a long time user of WinDVD. I just got a new laptop with a Blu-ray DVD player. I installed WinDVD8 Platinum, but it will not play the Blu-Ray discs. Does WinDVD support Blu-ray?
