DVD Player problem

Hope someone can help me, I installed Movie Factory 3.5 that comes with my Pioneer burner and when I try to play a DVD the player gives me this error:

"No media files on the drive can be played back or other applications may be using the drive now"

What could be the cause of this?, no other application seems to be using the drive.

It's a patch for your version of Movie Factroy.

I've got the same problem. The patch doesn't help nor does the latest firmware off the Pioneer site. Any other ideas.
