During rendering the audio comes up missing about 1/2 way through.
If I play back the project before creating a file all the sound is there.
Any Ideas?

What is the format of the audio you have added to your video? If it is MP3, then you need to be aware that Video Studio has difficulty with certain mp3 codecs, most notably the LameMP3 one. It will play files encoded with it in preview, normally, but cannot then process them beyond that. Converting the files to standard .wav format usually fixes it.
