HELP PLEASE

I downloaded Ulead video studio trial, I've used it before. But now, when I import my videos to the timeline, I play back what I have so far and I get a still image with no audio. Help?

What are you importing them from (camcorder, vhs, etc.) and how (capture device, firewire, etc.)?

Yes I am Importing from my digital camera, which records videos.

Please answer the following:

Properties of your source files (right click on one and list the format, file size, where did you get it?)

What devices are involved and their mode of connection?

Project Settings (File > Project Settings)

Output format (file, DVD, VCD, SVCD)
