I have been unable to contact tech support because it won't accept the serial number on my downloaded product. I got it directly from ULEAD and they can't seem to find it. Customer support refuses to even reply to my messages regarding this.
The program appears to be a bit better than the version 3 - which I no longer have on my system, so can't go back to it. The program crashes every time I try to burn a DVD of a large slideshow - it appears to be a memory problem -works for an hour or so then crashes.
Their lack of response and high security to keep from contacting tech support really is a problem.
