Can't register and program crashes

I have been unable to contact tech support because it won't accept the serial number on my downloaded product. I got it directly from ULEAD and they can't seem to find it. Customer support refuses to even reply to my messages regarding this.

The program appears to be a bit better than the version 3 - which I no longer have on my system, so can't go back to it. The program crashes every time I try to burn a DVD of a large slideshow - it appears to be a memory problem -works for an hour or so then crashes.

Their lack of response and high security to keep from contacting tech support really is a problem.

You can try to register by using you serial number again. Now I can see DVDMF 4.0 to be appeared in the register page.

When you report the problem via the tech support form, remember to set the virtual Ulead Tech Support account (ts_reply@ulead.com.tw) to be in the safe sender list in your e-mail program because some e-mail programs have recognized Ulead account as a spam sender so the reply mail might be moved to the junk mail box automatically.
