Random Transitions VS 10+

I can not get the random transitions to work. I created my project with 175 pictures, went to File - Preferences and activated Use Default Transistion Effect. I then set the Default Transistion Effect to Random and clicked OK. Nothing happened.

You need to activate those choices PRIOR to adding your assets to the timeline.
