Change this scene thumbnail - Crashes

Hi, please can someone help with this very frustrating problem!

I am using Ulead VideoStudio 11 and have created a movie and a menu for my DVD. I would like to change the picture for the menu item and there is an option to do this. When right clicking on the selected thumbnail it has the option to 'change this scene thumbnail'. Great, this is what I need. However, when I do a box comes up with a slider bar in it to enable me to select the scene that I want, but it is frozen. From this point on the whole application is now frozen and I have to use task manager to close it. A couple of times I have managed to change one or two of the thumbnails, but then it freezes again.

It would look so much better with the correct scene in the thumbnail, but if I can't solve this issue it'll have to do as it is.
